Welcome to QuoteWRXpro. By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

QuoteWRXpro is a software platform that allows contractors to create and send quotes, manage jobs and customers, generate invoices, and accept payments.

We provide software tools only and do not perform contractor services.

2. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain account security.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors are solely responsible for:

  • Pricing and services offered.
  • Work performed.
  • Customer interactions and satisfaction.
  • Compliance with local laws and licensing requirements.
  • Any agreement between the contractor and the customer.

4. Electronic Signatures (Quote Acceptance)

QuoteWRXpro may allow customers to accept quotes using electronic signatures.

By using this feature, you agree that:

  • Electronic signatures are legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures.
  • Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement between the contractor and the customer.
  • QuoteWRXpro does not verify the identity of the signer.
  • Contractors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of quotes prior to sending.
  • QuoteWRXpro is not responsible for disputes arising from signed quotes.

5. Invoices and Payment Terms

Contractors may generate invoices and collect payments through the platform.

By using these features:

  • Contractors are responsible for setting pricing, deposits, and payment terms.
  • Contractors are responsible for communicating refund policies and delivering services as agreed.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing invoice details before payment and paying agreed amounts.
  • Payments are processed through the contractor's connected Stripe account.
  • Contractors act as the merchant of record for customer payments collected through their connected Stripe account.
  • QuoteWRXpro does not hold customer funds.
  • Contractors are responsible for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, evidence submission, and any related Stripe account obligations.
  • QuoteWRXpro is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, or refund processing.
  • Any disputes must be resolved directly between the contractor and the customer.

6. Custom Contractor Terms

QuoteWRXpro allows contractors to include their own custom terms and conditions within quotes, invoices, and service agreements.

By using this feature:

  • Contractors may define deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, refund policies, and service limitations or scope.
  • Customers acknowledge that contractor-provided terms become part of the agreement upon quote acceptance or payment.
  • QuoteWRXpro does not review, enforce, or guarantee contractor-provided terms.

7. Fees

QuoteWRXpro may charge platform fees based on your plan:

  • Free Plan: 6% platform fee.
  • Pro Plan: 3% platform fee.
  • Elite Plan: 1% platform fee.
  • Fees may change with notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities.
  • Engage in fraud or deceptive practices.
  • Abuse payment systems.
  • Interfere with platform functionality.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts.

9. Data Ownership

  • Contractors retain ownership of their customer data.
  • You grant QuoteWRXpro permission to store and process this data to provide the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software are owned by QuoteWRXpro and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

QuoteWRXpro is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or profits.
  • Business interruption.
  • Disputes between contractors and customers.
  • Errors in quotes, invoices, or data.
  • Contractor-defined terms or policies.

12. Disclaimer

QuoteWRXpro is a software platform and does not guarantee:

  • Business success.
  • Job completion.
  • Revenue outcomes.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
